The person who was at the location was physically unable to assist with the trailer. Additionally this person complained about the trailer being at the location. At dropoff there was no one to direct a location to leave the trailer. The business attached was open but there were no employees present at 4pm MST. The trailer was great and worked perfectly. The experience with the location was not as expected.
