The 26 foot truck ahead, head landscaping debris in the trailer. It had not been swept out. Additionally, the individual who helped me didn’t seem to know very much about the auto trailer. I was not told that the auto trailer has a fender that will fold down to allow you to get out of the vehicle by opening your door. I only learned this where I dropped off the truck and trailer which made loading the trailer initially very difficult. Additionally, when I picked up the truck and trailer. I had hoped to buy some additional supplies, this site didn’t have any traditional U-Haul supplies like tape and boxes, etc. I didn’t pick this location, but it was given this location by U-Haul as my pick up site. I will not accept a rental from this location again.
