I was only provided 11 pads NOT 12. so I returned all 11. Not the way to conduct business.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’ll most likely NEVER use U-Haul again. Did not include equipment requested; over charged my card and the customer service was atrocious!
Roosevelt HLong wait to get vehicle. It was dirty, rusty, and needed a wheel alignment bad! I’m still waiting on refund of the pads I returned.
Alisha HBetter parking options for trucks. Inspect truck while the lease operator is still there.
Lola CThe vehicle was not ready for pick up. I used the app and it wasn’t user error. The location didn’t manage the last drop off and log it in, so I didn’t end up actually getting the vehicle until a half hour after my reserved time
