The gas gage was off, and it took over two hours on the phone to get a real person to have it corrected. Thus, it put us behind, so we had to rent the truck for another day. It than took an hour to extend for the extra day. Upon returning the tuck early there was no record of the rental thus it took another two house to get the truck returned. The hold time on the pone was over one hour. I spoke with 3 people and chatted with about 7 people trying to resolve the problem. This was all with luck at all in resolving the issue. After being in the parking lot and store for over an hour the Marathon team waved the $25.00 return fee charged when you cannot do it online. What an experience 5 hours plus on the phone over two little issues. What a team at the Marathon station.

I didn’t like the vehicle it was too old and while driving hearing lot of sounds due to cabin open panels. And also it was rained I see lot of water coming inside the cabin. I didn’t like the vehicle.

Tom GThe back of the trucks here are always dirty. Also, I put my gas back to 1/4 full. There is no reason why I should be charged $18 for fuel. I rent trucks on the regular basis and I only have an issue with gas at this location.
