Katie is a real sweetheart! She worked with me on obtaining the truck and was very helpful in explaining everything even going so far as to helping me cancel a previous reservation I had made at a different location of U-Haul.. John WNothing everything went like clockwork there was 1 clinch but was fixed when I got to Virginia very kind and considerate on both ends of the move. I want to thank both ends for that . Moving long distance is no picnic The people on both ends made it peaceful move

Matthew SRent dollies that have straps to secure items. Only hold the person renting a uhaul responsible for money owed and not a person who only drove truck for the person renting it.
