Nothing everything went like clockwork there was 1 clinch but was fixed when I got to Virginia very kind and considerate on both ends of the move. I want to thank both ends for that . Moving long distance is no picnic The people on both ends made it peaceful move

Matthew SRent dollies that have straps to secure items. Only hold the person renting a uhaul responsible for money owed and not a person who only drove truck for the person renting it.
Jennifer BSo the final place I picked the truck up was OK. It was strange to have to wait outside for them to unlock the door in 27 degree weather. My original reservation done over the phone was botched. They made my reservation for 11:00 pm instead of 11:00am. There was no truck for me at that time. I drove three hours to move my mom and there was no truck. The second place had a truck but was very difficult to locate.I was thankful the original place put the effort into finding me a truck, also they weren’t the location with who I spoke to on the phone to make the reservation.
