I have used this place several times to pick up equipment and keep using it because they are very helpful, everything is ready to go and go the extra mile to make things right. I had an issue with a rental in that U-Haul didn't have the trailer but no-one from U-Haul contacted me. The Barn called U-Haul and helped track down one and a location that worked for me. I was really in a pinch as I had booked the trailer a few weeks in advance. I highly recommend The Barn for your U-Haul needs.
