My situation was a strange one. I made an onliine reservation at one location. It was switch to another location about 20 minutes south of me. That store wasn’t open any mire or the owners weren’t there, either way no one answered the door or phone. Then i got switched to another store about 40 minutes north. They were open and did have 1 truck left. So about 2 hours of my time was spent trying to find a truck and driving. But in the end we did get a truck and got it loaded.
