henry C.My previous review was 3 stars, but a subsequent encounter with the staff was very good. The exterior of the drop-off point is an auto salvage yard, with lots of rusting hulks; would be better if they could clearly indicate a section of the lot for rentals. And signage is brusque - 'No trespassing! Don't touch the trucks!" Not welcoming. But the staff, in person, was very helpful.
