Had a little trouble with the app. A little more assistance when picking up the truck regarding the instructions to take pictures of the odometer reading, etc. All else was great! Thank you!
Marjorie Cwhen i made the reservation it was for Ottawa, the morning before after we had left we were told Carleton Place was the pick up address, which was 50 minutes away. Other then that drop off went smoothly
MitcH MI rented a 15 foot truck for 18 hours. I needed to move furniture from Oshawa to Carleton Place ON. The total cost including truck, mileage charge, tax and gas was almost $1000. THAT'S TOO EXPENSIVE! The mileage charge is about 75% higher that it should be.
Donald JReady to pickup when I arrived. I was given a key and I walked out and tried the trucks until one opened. I came back and no one reviewed the truck after I returned. The payment system failed and I left without a receipt or knowing how much I paid. A receipt came via email later that evening. It was reasonable. Thank you.
