Parking lot was extremely icy which made it very dangerous. The staff were not very helpful when there was a discrepancy between the rate for coverage online and what they said it cost. Location is convenient for us but definitely not great service or safety. It was so hard to drive around and find a safe flat spot to detach the trailer I rented without the trailer rolling away as a large portion of the parking lot is on a slope and challenging to navigate with such slippery surfaces. As a business they should be salting and sanding a lot more with the weather we have had and the conditions it created in their lot.

I'm trying to deal with an over charge, I traveled about 99 miles and I was over charged by about 700 plus miles so I'm not happy with that part of the rental
