This rating has nothing to do with the location! We ran into problems when picking up the truck (mobile pick up) when we arrived, the app or the web based website was not working, couldn't even access our reservation through any of the platforms to actually start the mobile pick up porcess. Then once we contacted support, they guided us through the process as we couldnt do it via the app at first. Then when it came to getting the key, it was not in the lock box. The regional manager was located and notified us that is that it should be in the box. well that didnt help much! Driving over an hour to come and pick up this truck because closer locations didn't have any availability made this very frustrating! Then being told that we would need to come back in the morning when the location would open was not good news! Luckily, someone at that time rolled into the parking lot. I spoke with this lady who happened to know the owner of the location and we were fortunate enough that she was able to reach him. He came in about 10 min later to help us out. I went inside and according to his system, my reservation was not there! He was not even aware that there was a later reservation where the key needed to be placed in the lock box. If this is the case, why would the regional manager tell us the key was in the lock box???? Anyways we got everything scared away and was able to leave with the truck. Not a great experience at all!

I had to answer no since I didn’t see anyone and the office was closed. The website said the office would be open on Saturday but it was closed. Nobody answered the phone either so I called Burlington to make sure the drop off was recorded and it was safe to leave the trailer in the parking lot. No problems after that so alls well that ends well.

LARRY SPersonnel question should have an N/A option for after hours drop off. I've used RTS a few times for drop off and it's been great. It would be nice if they had a car transporter on hand regularly as I'd be more inclined to use u-haul.
Kevin KLast customers left it quit dirty ….black “stuff” and dirt all over the cargo trailer. There needs to be stricter rules for customers to assure the rental is left clean for the next person. This is of no fault to U-Haul, it’s just ignorant people.
