glen dThe phone app and website would challenge the patience of any saint. Even after filling out 10 pages of questions on the website, you get to the location, pull out your phone and realize you need to do it all again, plus take your photo, and your drivers license, etc. It saves no time - ended up closing the app and having the store person do it.
