The estimated pricing is very confusing. I was quoted 60, they held 150 and final charge would have been 80. Our truck was filthy when we got ready to load it. We had to completely clean it before it was usable. It was not clear that the truck already came with 1 dolly and a pack of furniture pads so I had wasted money ordering extra that I hadn't needed. I was surprised the employee didn't walk out and do a walk through of the truck with us before we took it just to be sure things were in proper order. That being said the employee that was working was very helpful when we returned. We expressed our concern and showed him the pictures of the issues we had with the truck and he was happy to adjust our bill accordingly.

Trailer was not there when I went to pick it up, told other person did not bring it back, my thoughts, they never had it! Had to drive 45 min to get another trailer and had to pack in the dark and try to leave before a snowstorm. Very little compensation! Poorly managed!

Person saw me drive up with trailer for return, and sat inside the Uhaul location. There was no other customer in the store, but I had to walk in to store to tell him I was returning the trailer. This person could have come out to greet me and start the return process. Then, I am not sure whether this was his problem or a technology glitch. I did not receive an emailed receipt. When I called the next day (today) to get that receipt, I received two emails simultaneously with the same date/time. Again, not sure if that was the person at the store that did something wrong or if it was a technology glitch.

Inside of the box was dirty. I had to sweep it out before I could use it. The inside of the cab was also dirty. The cup holders were covered in something sticky.

Have the price that you quote over the phone be the same as when you pick up the equipment. Have equipment clean and serviced. Truck was dirty and had service needed. Took 2 hrs to get truck rental at store. Then they couldn't finish the p as per work so took pictures of my credit cards and licenses. The next day the guy called me to tell me he fixed the bill and charged my card $554. I was quoted $358 or about. I added ins. But that was only 90. I was asked if could take 20 miles to saco instead of 2 miles to dealer in my town. Was told 80 off. Starting to not trust uhaul. Very bad service. 1hr on phone and still not resolved

Zack & Jesse are excellent customers service reps. I had a lot of problems with the call center (Tara Reynolds). I can honestly say I have rented uhaul’s in more than 5 states & 3 this year alone at this location, and if I have to do business with Tara Reynolds again I will use Another truck rental company for the future. Not only did she get my credit card number wrong, and keep me on the phone for to long, she also gave me false information about Uhaul with a bad attitude on the phone.
