CHRISTINA F | Overall ExperienceI started at this facility as an electrical contractor, I installed their electrical system having been renovated from an old Kmart. I was grateful that a decent storage facility was available in town. I first rented a larger unit for $65 month, and after moving didnt need as much room so I downgraded to the smallest 5×5ft. for $49 w/ insurance it was around $58. Fair for a closet. Before the 1st yr was even up my rent was increased and then again 2 more times. Never have I missed a payment or had a ridiculous red tag on my door, but apparently that doesn't matter. I was honestly looking for a reason to drop the $75 month Ive been paying and that day came, AGAIN I received another increase in rent! That was obviously it for me, if you need a temp controlled storage and dont mind your rent being increased this is the place for you, Ill fo without now. The garage bays are normally full of clients to where youll be sitting in the parking lot waiting for them, so make time for that. 👍

brenda l | First ImpressionsSkyler, the GM at the Carlisle location, needs to go to another center and also receive customer service training. I spoke to Shane, the District Manager about it already. All other UHaul centers (and there were several) were above and beyond amazing and wonderful. The rest of the staff were good in themselves, but having Skyler as GM makes the whole center not good.
