Skyler, the GM at the Carlisle location, needs to go to another center and also receive customer service training. I spoke to Shane, the District Manager about it already. All other UHaul centers (and there were several) were above and beyond amazing and wonderful. The rest of the staff were good in themselves, but having Skyler as GM makes the whole center not good.

Being FORCED to use the app was awful, frustrating, slow, not user friendly, truly added anxiety to an already anxious time for anyone dealing with moving. We were forced to use the app to pick up the truck. You should warn people to add an extra 30-45 minutes just to get the truck, keys, find the truck, upload license, on and on. It's an insane way to do business.
