The staff was wonderful, very patient and knowledgeable. Being FORCED to use the app was awful, frustrating, slow, not user friendly, truly added anxiety to an already anxious time for anyone dealing with moving. We were forced to use the app to pick up the truck. You should warn people to add an extra 30-45 minutes just to get the truck, keys, find the truck, upload license, on and on. It's an insane way to do business.
