This was the most unnecessarily stressful and frustrating situation. I made no less than 5 phone calls, plus was called by U-Haul mulitple times because no one could find the truck I reserved. Then during my self pick up the app would not work with my phone so I had to make another call to customer service who confirmed there was a problem with location services so we had to manually check in. In all I must have spent 3 hours going back and forth with U-Haul over the phone. The lovely young lady at Chucks was the only bright spot in all of this. She helped so much. The problem wasn't with Chucks. It was a U-Haul issue.

Janes DThe business was friendly and accommodating. Great service at the front desk. However, the cabin was filthy and clearly not inspected. The cargo box was dirty as well. I had to clean the cabin and sweep the cargo box myself. There was sticky soda splatter across all seats, cup holders had soda (liquid) in them. Floor mat had to be taken out and washed as it was so sticky and wet from soda. There was still trash in the cabin. I expected more from UHaul.
