I had a reservation for 10:00am on Saturday your main office called at 1:30pm Friday and said everything was confirmed. At 2:00pm on Friday a woman from J&J Pipe called and said if I wasn't there before 5:00pm Friday I couldn't have the trailer because they are not open on Saturday
