When I turned in the rental trailer they didn’t do the paper work or report that I had returned it properly and I was receiving inquiries from u haul if I still had the trailer 10 days after I returned it. Poor follow up !!!

The person that helped us was excellent! The automated pickup system was terrible! We arrived at the pickup location and tried to use it, but the GPS could not find us. With out this first step working we were stuck, we could not proceed to the next step. We had to wait for someone to arrive to help us. She did a great job. It would have been great if we could have skipped the first step and finished the pickup process.

James HWe went and forgot our receiver and ball. This location did not have one and to go get one and come back. The electrical connection came undone sometime on the way so there were no lights on the trailer. The u-haul in El Paso quickly fixed the problem with a new harness. I have used U-Haul a great deal through the years and always great service.
