Reservation/pick-up/drop-off was via the app. The system crashed after I had gone through the check-in process and my CC was charged, but prior to providing the combination to get the key to the vehicle. An employee provided an 800 number (he could not access the system either) that provided an opportunity to suffer through a frustrating phone tree that kept looping me as my spoecific issue was not categorized with the various options. Fortunately (after 20 minutes of screwing around) the employee was able to access a copy of my digital contract and then provide the key to the vehicle. Return of the vehicle via the app was smooth.

I would find another business to partner with. This current business does not like the fact that Uhaul has customers coming to their establishment. They are rude and give ZERO assistance...even for the simplest of questions.
