The self-service was flawless. UHaul should teach Ebterprice, budget on its done. The last U-Haul I rented was not at the location, and it took about 45 minutes just to pick up from the counter personnel
gordon pThe online procedures took a lot of time. Would have appreciated a live human directing me thru the process. Also did not realize fuel charge & other fees. Rental was surprisingly more expensive than I expected.
