The first truck did not start. It was not a working vehicle, although they still rented it to me. They didn’t switch my reservation to a van and after getting the key, the reservation was to the wrong van. They gave me the keys to the wrong van. This was all done via the mobile app, which was surprisingly less of an issue, although the service was terrible.
Louie SAs a 100% virtual location, my reservation was not in the system as a remote/virtual pickup. Despite calling earlier that day to pick up and being told it was. When I go there, wasn’t able to check in. Had to go through app chat 3 times before someone finally switched my reservation to virtual pickup. It was frustrating and time consuming and a terrible experience.
