The location was not terrible for a 24/7 pickup, but there are some annoyances that were completely avoidable and yet we had to deal with it on an extreme heat day. First, the location where the vans were parked was not registering in the app as being "on site". I had to walk 200 feet toward the entrance of the storage site for the app to acknowledge I had arrived. Getting the key was not difficult once I realized where the key drop was, but it is immediately visible if there are other vehicles parked along that stretch. Parts of it went great. The dropoff was straight-forward. Vehicle had damage before we got it, but it was already noted. Interior of van had a smell to it, but otherwise clean. Van drove fine.

The process to get verified and access the car at pickup is too difficult. If it wasn’t for a person in a nearby office who helped me, I do t think I would have found the key box. There needs to be more specific instruction and fewer steps to make this whole process more user friendly.
Dennis CI did not enjoy the self-service. I''ll use a location with a live person next time. When I returned the vehicle, the app would not work so I had to call someone at Uhaul Central Indiana for assistance and have them check me out. It was frustrating as I was in a hurry and it took 30 minutes to get things squared away. I will say this, the woman that I spoke to was VERY helpful and pleasant.
