Just a drop off. I followed the app instructions. It was a safe and well-lit parking lot and had an easily identifiable box to drop the keys off. There were no personnel.

Christian CI only drove 30 miles, put 2 gallons of gas in and was still charged $15 for 3 more gallons. I do not appreciate getting ripped off for no reason. Other than this unnecessary nickel and dime charge, the experience was okay. But they ruined it.
