The gas gage didn't register correctly so if when the vehicle showed full on the gage it really wasn't.

Not sure but I think the brakes may need checked on the truck we rented. I wouldn't say they are bad but they went to the floor to stop. Overall the truck was great and served its purpose for our needs.

Why ask me online when I reserved truck to estimate how many local miles I'd be driving which I said 35....only to get to store to pick up in the morning and they say we automatically charge your card for 100 miles then give you back what you don't use..... so why ask on site and why charge 100 miles for local use???? I guessed 35 miles and it was 33 but held extra 70 dollars on card for nothing.... and the site asked me to approximate Should just say we will charge you 100 miles and not waste time figuring out an estimate!!! Thank you!

In general for Uhaul—- probably would be good to make it clear/ post it that you have to be a certain height to drive the 15 foot trucks. The seat didn't move up nearly far enough and I could barely touch the pedals even sitting on the edge of the seat which made it very unsafe to drive, as I didn't have good control of the pedals trying to tip toe on them from too far away. I'm 5'3â€...

Have someone dedicated to dealing with the truck rental. Took two or three times as long as it should have to check the truck out because of customers coming in buying cigarettes, paying for gas or buying candy. Every time that happened she would stop working with me I have to check them out. A bit frustrating since there must have been eight customers during my rental.
