Teresa LFirst thing is make sure the drop off location has the room for the U-Haul to be returned there. Second thing is make sure that the personnel knows what they are doing. Third thing is I put 15$ in gas tank and it put the gauge back to where it was but I still got charged for more gas and for extra mileage.how can a person not add more gas if we don’t drive the extra mileage to get gas to return it this is going to happen. So it doesn’t make any sense to me.
JENNIFER SAll I did was drop off. It was clean and easy to find/complete my truck check in.
