Dropped my washer and won’t pay for a new one after I specifically told the crew to use the appliance dolly that I paid for. Unbelievable!!!! No habla ingles. Because g disconnect when you can’t communicate to the workers or they can’t understand you.

JESSIE GSpeedy Spot was listed as a 24 hour location. When I went to return the truck there was no drop box which forced me to spend the night and return the truck the next day when the store was open. This facility should NOT be listed as a 24 hour location.
