I had to go into the location to pick up the keys defeat point of mobile pick up. Then the dollies were not in the back of the truck I had to go back in again. They had to look around for an appliance dolly. I never did get my other dolly and I was charged for it. I would like a refund for the $7 dollar dolly I will never go to this location again.

I didn't realize this was a thrift shop where people line up and race to buy things when the store opened. It was a little confusing. But the staff was outstanding. Very knowledgable on the procedures and they accomodated me quickly.
Robert HThe truck wasn’t ready for my scheduled pickup, I had to wait for them to get it ready. The people at this location didn’t know what was going on or how to get me checked in for the pickup. I also payed for 12 moving blankets and was only given 2. Very sketchy and unprofessional.
Gabriel MNo printed receipt was given so improper charges were not observed until I went online and downloaded receipt. Location could not fix their error when it was reported.
Brent HAll was great , but i was charged for 3 gallons of gas and I put 4 gallons back before i dropped it off. I only drove 26 miles. Please reimburse me
