Tried to check in to collect the keys and was unable to check in due to communication issues within the system. Had to call the owner of the business to open the box to get the keys

Missing the appliance dolly we rented. No contact, no reimbursement yet either, despite notifying during check-out that it wasn't present.
Anthony EI waited over 30 minutes for an employee to show up and nobody ever did. And then I asked about the guarantee or they pay $50 and was never given it. Definitely would not use that location again.
