George did his best to answer questions about the return process. He called me directly when the return check-in process did not go through properly. The texting and online features are more challenging for clients to use who are not as familiar with electronic/digital tools. We experienced a challenge with finding someone to check in the trailer on the January 1st holiday. I would recommend a point of contact phone number for these local drop off sites so that questions may be addressed for returning products. It was a difficult process to confirm the trailer had indeed been returned which resulted in some confusion for all parties involved. I appreciate George’s willingness to work with my family regarding this matter.

Charles EMy truck jerked and vibrated the entire way. I thought it was going to breakdown. I had to drive 30 minutes past the location I requested to pick up a truck which cost more gas. Then… they didn’t have the 15ft truck I reserved! I was stuck driving a 26ft truck which was WAY too big for the items I needed to move! The larger truck cost me even more in gas! Then I was charged an additional $64 for gas because I didn’t fill the truck all the way up!
