Normal maintenance not upkept, do to negligence on their part. I was inconvenienced having to deal with police, fire department and than having the truck towed, leaving me to walk back to my home. It was only a few blocks but it is the principal of the matter, all because it was not looked over to see there was a mechanical problem. 70 dollars for 6 hours with the truck, 14 miles(one trip) and 1.5 hours of hassle with emergency service, during an already stressful move not ok

Gal wasn’t very polite
JAN SThe rep did not explain the late fees to me whatsoever. It would have been nice to know that when I purchased the insurance, the late fees and daily rate would have applied with them as well and that I needed to turn the vehicle in the morning to be not charged another full day. My late fees were WAY more than what I thought it would be. Very poor relaying the information to me to help me understand late charges. I was very disappointed with this. The only reason I gave an average rating is because they gave me some free time since I had to travel to get my vehicle. Overall though, I was not happy with my experience with Uhaul on this matter. Things could have been explained to me better. I feel I got ripped off in the end.
