How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter hours drop off was fine.
Richard WDropped off after hours, no interaction with anyone
William OWalked in and no one there. Finally found a self help stations and eventually was connected to a virtual employee that was hard to hear and understand.
Charles BI can’t believe I was to drop my trailer off with a virtual robot when there was a person there . Have we really stooped to this level. What ever happened to human customer service. The human at this place didn’t want to be bothered.
