The staff were great! Both the young man who helped me at pick up and the young lady when I dropped off were very kind and helpful! The location was very convenient for me. The truck was not clean. The windshield was quite dirty inside and out and the driver’s side visor was broken. It kept slipping down when I was driving the freeway while the setting sun was super bright making it difficult to see where I was going.
