The location tried to charge me another $100 after I turned it in. No damages, gas where it should be , mileage not over … just another charge. The location thought I wouldn’t notice. That’s why I don’t trust leaving my card on file with these people .

MICHAEL LThe employee who was there moving vehicles around after the facility office was closed was AMAZINGLY helpful. After driving to three different drop off locations, two of which could not accommodate 26 foot trucks or a Hebron hauler, we were relieved to find this employee who told us to put the keys in the drop box and he would process the returns. Kudos to that employee! Shame on the Corporate office and management that cannot properly direct customers to proper drop off locations! This caused us undo stress, time and money. You CAN do better!!!
