I was set for 1030 I get there and the person showed up at 1045 opens the door at 1050 never apologizes and was not friendly at all. The trailer had rust all over the handle of the door caused my white pants to be ruined

Store was supposed to open at 9am, employee did not show up until 1030am, dropped off the trailer and she was helpful in getting the trailer returned. Went back 2 days later to return the truck at 9am again with no one in sight, even though hours posted on the door was 9am open still. Ended up having to return the truck through the app, which is fine because the app felt more secure this time.
