They did not walk us to our truck or help us get started. We paid for the truck and were sent to find it by ourselves.

The cost per mile seems pretty high. We rented a Budget truck before and would have again but there was not one available. If we would have had a better option and more time to shop around, we might have gone with another company simply because of the cost per miles to rent the truck. Otherwise, great experience.

My reservation was scheduled for an 8:00am pick-up. However, Nosso Auto does not open until 9:00 am on Saturday mornings which meant an hour delay to all involved with the move. Once Nosso Auto opened for the day the process of checking out the truck began. I had to confirm everything that I had already provided on-line, essentially negating any benefit to the on-line reservation. The employee at Nosso Auto was professional and very friendly. The process took approximately twenty-five minutes to complete. The vehicle was clean and had no mechanical problems whatsoever. We completed the move and had the truck back the Nasso Auto at 2:57 pm. I secured the truck and walked to the office, only to find they had closed for the day. Because I couldn't physically return the truck to a living human being, I dropped the keys into the after hours drop box and logged into the .com. This is when I discovered that to drop off after hours you are required to take several photographs and allow gps tracking to verify your position. I attempted to contact Customer Service to find a resolution, because the doors are secured, the keys are in a drop box, and the business is closed. After listening to a looped recording for over a half hour, I hung up. My recommendation: Adjust your move around the business hours of U-Haul and their business partners for a less stressful experience.

I couldn't get there while they were open, so I had to disconnect myself. We finally had to flag a passing motorist and ask for help. Some days are like that.

The location wasn’t all that bad but the customer service support that the lady helping me had to call was terrible. There was an error in the system that was charging me $550 just for the auto transport instead of around $75 so the lady helping me called support. Support kept hanging up on her. Long story short, I waited 3 HOURS before I could pay and pickup. The sad part? I had to pay $75 more than what my reservation stated. I believe this may have had to do with the fact that they gave me an auto transport instead of a car dolly. I reserved a car dolly. If they don’t have what I reserved then they should give it to me for the same price. They also messed up my drop off location so I dropped off 1.5 hours away from ancticipated location of drop off. Terrible customer support service. By the way the support lady that didn’t care that I waited there for 3 hours. The people on support were Jerri ? And Cecelia Morales. I still think I deserve at least my quoted price of not better for having to deal with a terrible experience and time wasted. Everyone knows moving is stressful as it is.

Make your office look noticeable it looks like an antique store and closed and shut down put U-Haul stickers and posters or something in the window Let people know that you have to come in and sign out in the past as I’ve ever had to do is use a drop off box

I pulled up with my hitch turned the wrong way. The u-haul trailer would have been dragging on the ground. My new friend at the Cedar City location took the time to fix it so that our ride was smooth and easy.

We pulled in and they weren't helpful at all! They didn't help us unhook the equipment, as in NOBODY came out to even check on us. My husband unhooked all the equipment from the truck, drove the car OFF the car hauler and had to go into the office to check out. And the lady there was totally incompetent and took 15 min to check out the paperwork. You really need to upgrade the U-Haul place in Cedar City, UT

The location was easy access from the main road. My one suggestion would be larger signs at the actual drop off location. It was a little confusing at first. The personnel was helpful and efficient.

We where questioned in all we did. Was told we wont need an appliance dolly or moving blankets and he said I dont think your moving to Ogden told us be thinks it was for arond town. Told us we better make sure we know where we are going. We did most certainly know where we where going and gave him no reason for him to question us. Then we had to fold and bag our own blankets. The truck was dirty inside and not swept. The guy was all around rude and was upset that he even had customers.

dark... the only signs were the u haul trucks.. about 300 ft from the parking lot there was a door with a key dropbox but it was not mark uhaul I hope I put it in the right place.. needs a little more signage thanks russ j

The people were friendly. Only complaint was it had snowed the day before and the truck wasn't cleared off when I picked it up. They did offer a broom so I could clear the windshield myself.
