Trailer and truck was so nasty, greasy and dirty. While booking this truck I asked for moving dollys to be added but nothing was provided later, I have booked uhaul several times in past but honestly never had this bad experience, even their customer service. Overall worst experience I ever had.

I ordered the truck and where I would be dropping it off. It was expensive. But when I dropped it off, I was over 14 km and had to pay almost $16 for that. That was very frustrating to me because I had already paid well over $500 for the rental overnight
Laurie HGot put on different pick up and different drop off than originally requested, no lockbox had to figure out on my own, no dolly when dolly was requested. Some guy was begging for me to drop it off before 4pm just for me to show up and he completely ignores me, I do the self drop off on my phone and he got mad I didn’t give him the keys. Everything was handled terribly and unprofessionally no compensation for all the trouble and headache.
