I had booked a Dolly with it and on the pickup day of my truck they told me it’s not available , they could have told me 2weeks before I had booked the same. Also there was some extra gas left there is no account of that.

gassim eI arrived to a dirty truck and it did not have the dolly that I desperately needed to move that day. They forgot to mention that this location does not carry equipment, but never told me. They wanted me to drive an hour round-trip to go get one from a neighbouring city. We decided to try and just move without it. As we were on a time crunch. The person representing this location was not very helpful. I felt like they just didn’t care at all.
