Waited 3 hours for the key. Was scheduled for 5:30pm pickup didn't get keys until about 8pm. Called so many people at the the uhual place took them almost 3 hours to get the keys. They forgot to put it in the truck….😭 Would not recommend this was the worst experience ive had. Very disappointed very bad service.

The business name doesn’t even exist so for starters I would actually attach a business name that people can find and matches the building name. Was overcharged for miles and there was nothing the people at the store could do. They did not know the U-Haul system at all.
