I rented both a trailer and a truck. When I got there they told me I would need to go somewhere else for the trailer. They couldn't tell me where to go. I had to figure it out and it was 5 miles away. This added 20 miles to my trip which I was charged for. Then when I got to the other Uhaul location (Big Ben's moving and storage) the person did not know how to hook up the car to the trailer. It almost fell off on our way down. For some reason our trailer rental was switched to a one way drop so I was over charged for the trailer. Hoping that this will be resolved. Also was told we would be charged for not dropping it off at the correct location even though we returned it to where we rented it from and never told anyone we weren't.
