This location gives preference to food mart customers over uhaul customers who must wait whenever others approach to pay ( even though I was about to pay $176.00; much more than those buying snacks or gas) In other words, only 1 staff member is available to serve both roles. Additionally, no printed receipt was given, due to a printer problem. This place is a terrible location for uhaul and is not a priority for this location’s owner/manager.

When I picked up the trailer there was no one to help hook it up, they didn't have any accessories like a hitch to rent or buy so I spent an hour trying to find the right stuff so I could hook it up. I was fairly certain I got the trailer on tight but I was concerned all the way to Colorado that it might come loose.

Hello-- We rented a UHaul over the weekend to move some furniture from Cedar City to Duck Creek Village-- I called on Friday to setup the truck and spoke to a gentleman that quoted me $95 for a 24 hour rental-- he said that included the truck fee plus 60 miles and anything over the 60 miles would be .99 cents per mile. He said that returning it on Sunday between noon and 2:00 pm wouldn't be a problem -- when we arrived at the Chevron in Cedar City we realized that we were charged $170 instead of the $95 quoted amount from the day before. The employee at the Chevron who was very nice an helpful called UHaul to find out why there was a discrepancy and the lady that we spoke to said it was just an "estimate" based on the amount of miles we would have to go and we should be credited the difference. When my husband returned the truck on Sunday at 2:00 we were charged for another whole day and the amount charged to my credit card is $202.00. To say that I'm upset with this service is an understatement-- how do you quote one amount and charge another amount??? My husband is the CEO of a company that gives UHaul tons of business but after this experience he is looking to move that business over to Ryder. Again-- we knew we would have to pay a little over since we went a total of 69.6 miles but I didn't expect a bill over $100 more than what I was originally quoted. I will never use UHaul again for my moving needs and I will make sure to tell everyone I know that you lie about your rates to get people to book the truck! Ari O'Brien 702-982-9774

This location was a life saver. Our first location that was called half priced storage in Cedar city where we were supposed to pick up there was nobody around didn't answer phone calls after a half hour. After driving from vegas to pick up our trailer it was very upsetting. Thank you to the chevron in main st

There is absolutely no improvement at this location. Wynne, the customer service agent was exceptional. He is pleasant, has good knowledge of U-Haul products and was helpful in every way. I highly recommend this location for picking up and returning the vehicle. Additionally, I was pleased to hear that there was going to be an exterior key drop-box added.

When a customer calls asking what fees they will have to pay for keeping a truck. The staff needs to know and pass on that if safe move is selected that it is charged at a daily rate. I called and was told that only the truck rental rate applied for the vehicle.

This location is in a Chevron gas station convenience store. The clerk was alone and incapable of providing service to the U-Haul customers, giving precedence to the convenience store customers and letting the U-Haul customers line up to wait for a break in the store traffic. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, the clerk gave me the registration website on the store's laptop so that I could work through making my reservation for the two furniture dollies I was trying to rent. The same was true when I returned these items the next day. I had to check in the items myself with the store U-Haul computer while she helped the "quick" customers. It was an awful experience.
