This was a awful experience. The truck light went on, and started to shake While the truck was clean, I oreded a 15 and they did not have the right truck size. I ordered from one location and then said I couldn't get it even though I said I was going out if town. And that was the reason that was offered to me. And after all this mess and finally returned everything The payment got messed up I was charged like 5 x for 2 trucks. And then the payments would not go through. I called and finally got the payments through after over a hour. And then u haul said they were not paid. I'm now getting notifications for collection So go with movers next time
DEANNE LSo sweet and friendly and helpful! Never any warning lights on dash, all mirrors attached, and plenty of gas! Trust me, I’ve tried other places and have always been so disappointed in the shape of the vehicles offered. But that is NEVER the case at this location! I will never go anywhere else! They’re sweet and considerate and always smiling. No one likes to move. But if you must, choose them for your U-Haul. Hands down BEST in Cedar Rapids!

MIKAYLA WThe owner is always very pleasant and professional and makes the entire process very easy. This is the third time I've rented a uhaul in the last month and this time was the easiest. Everything was updated in real time even if the app was stuck, I would refresh and it recognized I dropped off the truck and I didn't get overcharged this time. She's got alot of options and is always ready serve the community. Very polite and clean business. The truck was perfect and ran great. No complaints at all!
