I placed my order at the Iowa City Hwy 1 location about 0 days before pick up date. I was told I would pick it up there. A few days before rental date I got a call telling me they did not have one and I would have to do drive 30-50 miles to Marion or Cedar Rapids, Ia. On the way to Cedar Rapids (the closest location) we went past the Iowa City lot and they DID HAVE the right size trailers on the lot. We did go onto Cedar Rapids because we did not have time to deal with the MISINFORMATION. Very poor customer service in this case.

Selinya CThe brakes were in poor condition. Several miles into the trip the brake warning light on the dash came on for the remainder of the trip. The brake pedal went nearly to the floor before the brakes engaged. I alerted the rental agent upon return and was told the truck would be take out of service. I assume this was a one off as I have rented in the past without incidence.
