Very poor communication skills between employees. Didn’t mind taking a deposit immediately but when it’s time to receive that money back they try to keep it. Charged me for an extra day when the U-Haul was clearly turned in before deadline. We kept an open line of communication about the drop off and we still have NOT gotten our deposit back. They send you to the furthest location to drop off which adds to your mile overage. I will NEVER use or refer this business again!! They did the exact same to my mother and my aunt. Very very disappointed in this business!

I waited in line at the normal counter when it was my turn, The guy at the pick up made me go to a different window. He proceeded to process my pick up until a customer came in to the counter to cash out items from the store. He stopped my transaction and took the customer. This continued over and over again for 5-6 customers. When the building was finally empty for longer than a few minutes. I was cashed out for the trailer and on my way. Upon returning the trailer only 3 hours later, I waited in the normal line again and then he said there was nothing more he needed from me he will close my ticket after the customers behind me were cashed out (again for items they were purchasing in the store) and that I could leave I had my receipt on my phone. Come 2 days later I get a call from Uhaul asking when I was going to bring back the trailer. When I told the lady I brought it back 3 hours after I picked it up because I only booked it for that time frame. She said okay we will close it out and issue a refund for the charge for the extra days. (Yes at this time I found out I was charged for 3 days use so far). Two more days later a representative calls me from uhaul and asked when I was going to bring the trailer back. I explained everything to her as I did the other person and “okay we will issue you a refund” now here we are a week later and I just got the receipt “thank you for returning your uhaul trailer here is your bill” so I called in. They guy on the phone says you have to have your case sent to the area manager and he will decide if you get a refund. That being said, I now REFUSE to take anything less than a FULL refund for all of what uhaul charged me for because of how many inconveniences this had caused over the past week or more. This is not how business should be handled from the guy at the pick up location as well as both representatives that told me all will be taken care of and I will get my refund for the time I didn’t use the trailer just to get charged anyways. Makes it seem like all you care about is scamming people out of money. Initially I wasn’t upset with Uhaul, just the rep at the pick up. Now that Uhaul didn’t keep their word and fix the issue, I now have an issue with all parties involved. This again is my formal request for an entire full refund for all charges from Uhaul related to this booking. Step it up Uhaul. I’ve seen better from you guys.
KAYLA SThe customer service was horrible. It was non existent. The rep was non English speaking. She put me on the phone with someone who BARELY spoke English. I had to hook up the trailer. Nobody did a safety inspection to ensure I had it hooked up correctly or that the trailer lights worked. My wife knows that we will NEVER ever rent from that place again. If possible, I may not use U-Haul ever again as well. Your response to this will determine that.
Jeffrey RThese people do not even speak English. Beyond rude. They throw a key across the counter and that’s it. You are on your own! Vehicles and equipment are parked in the mud. They don’t check anything. I want a refund of the extra money I was charged. Hateful rude U-haul representatives. Will never use them again.
Kay LRemote. The gas station attendant was pleasant enough. the gas was convenient for the refill. there as no dropbox apparent at this location. the 9pm closing time would be convenient.
