We have used this place twice and the first time was great. We ordered a appliance dolly and it was in great condition. The second time we rented and requested the appliance dolly again, it was not the same as the previous. It was in very poor condition with no tie down. It looked like it might have had it at one time but it did us no use in our needs for moving appliances. It should not be used at all in our opinion. The truck worked well and had no issues.

TINGXI Ibrakes were very low, windshield wipers needed replacing
ELIZABETH FTrailer was fine.... Dolly missing roller on left side made moving appliances difficult. But the service at this location is always outstanding.
JAMES LI do not know the name of the young man who helped us with the rental. He seemed to be one in charge or at least the one who knows and understands the phrase "Customer Service". He was very attentive and helpful. The other people behind the counter should be arrested for vagrancy or impersonating an employee. I could tell the young man was most anointed with their antics.
