Location should always have people working that have the ability to get the truck checked in, cleaned, reviewed and signed over to us with no issues. At this location, unfortunately it was a bad experience.

Our experience overall was great. One tiny glitch happened: I tried to refill the gas tank, but we literally could not locate on the van where to add gas. I walked around with several people and we were all looking and could not identify the gas tank opening. A little embarrassing, but I felt validated that it wasn’t just me. I recommend you show people where it is so they can fill it upon return.
