I had checked in online, but when I arrived, the person helping me started the process over. The printer also failed and I had to take a picture of their laptop for the contract. It took over 25 minutes for me to pick up my truck with an online check in. Normally I can get my truck in less than 5 minutes with the same process.

Parking space access required fuel islands to be clear. Waited for patrons to clear area but instead the fuel islands area was occupied by owner/operators of the convenience store. This took far too long to park unit. Another unknown was that pictures of returned unit needed to be taken before parking. Once finally parked, pictures could not be taken due to close proximity to obstructions.
Chris CThe guy in the store asked me if I had someone to hook it up for me. When I said no, he left the store and went to wait by the Uhaul for me to back up to it. He didn’t check lights or the connections. I didn’t realize until we had started loading it that none of the lights worked. There was only one Uhaul in the size I got so I could not take it back and get another one. I drove 6 hours with no lights on the trailer.
