Very very poor customer service. The guy was extremely rude and not nice at all!!!!

Good customer service friendly guys
CARLOS LI will continue to recommend the location, but the trailer lights are not working on the back except for break and turn. I brought this up was told they have been fixed and the problem was with my truck. Sorry to say that the problem is not with my truck. I had to drive the trailer with no tail lights last night after my daughter‘s wedding.
James JEven with a couple of small issues the attendant got things cleared up quickly and efficiently. One of the best experiences I have had in renting a U-Haul. Will use again.
