Everyone was super nice and welcoming but the corporate U-Haul site took forever to load (much like when trying to leave this feedback) and it took like 30 minutes out of our rental period.

One of the staff members was rude/aggressive. Uhaul app was extremely slow/did not work. Had to sit in the lot for 20 minutes for the mobile pickup. Had to call the help line, didn’t get to complete the mobile pickup and upload pictures of the vehicle because app didn’t work. Lot is too small anyways, there isn’t a good spot to get far away enough from the vehicle for all photo angles requested.
