FRANCINE V.I wouldn't recommend U-Haul reserve a month before at 10 AM at McHenry Avenue 3941 and five minutes prior of arriving they called saying they won't have the U-Haul ready till 2 PM when I already have movers at my house waiting so I had to pay them extra to stick around just for i can go to another location to pick up a 17 footer, which I wanted 15 footer, so I had to go out to ceres to pick it up when I get there they didn't have the appliance dolly which I put in my reservation in the first place so she tells me to go to her other location to pick up the appliance dolly then when I get there. I had to pay 10 extra dollars to get it because she made another reservation which I didn't know about when i originally post to be in my reservation, so bottom of the story I was going back-and-forth a different locations worst experience ever and they offer me is $50 off in extra mileage because I had to go to another city to pick it up so really no point because I still had to pay more for my movers and wasting my time U-Haul needs to their reservations. Specially, a month before.
