ANGELA OThe location was okay, the attendant was extremely helpful the REAL PROBLEM; Was Uhaul itself. I made reservations on line, can't list everything that they screwed up, was suppose to be pickup at 8, wasn't able to get the equipment till 10:30. The attendant was very helpful resolving the Uhaul screw ups.
