Jim JThe man in Chandler was great. He was friendly, had a good sense of humor and was extremely helpful. What was not great was what led me to his location. I had to drive from Stillwater to Chandler because there was no truck for me in Stillwater regardless of the fact that I had been given a confirmation number and was seriously led to believe that if I changed from a 20-foot truck to a 26-foot truck I would not have a problem. I agreed to do so, thinking I was pre-empting a potential problem. This was not the case and I had to drive to Chandler, at least 45 minutes away. That part of the experience has definitely soured me on the use of U-Haul when I have a need for a truck in the future. I will try all other options first.
