We rented a 9' van on-line and it was ready and very clean for us upon pick-up. The Clerk Cathy, was very courteous, explained everything well to us, and made sure we didn't need anything else or have any questions. The return was equally as pleasant. We highly recommend this location!

This location does not provide you with paperwork that records the mileage or gas level upon renting the truck. I was stressed about moving so I did not notice this until later in the day. They operate very differently from what I have experienced at other locations. I have rented trucks 5 times in the past 4 years, and this one was lax about how they operate. They charged me for miles I did not drive, and gas was not full. I lost 40-60 dollars because I used this location instead of the U-Haul-operated location. I chose this because it was closer and that was a costly mistake. I learned my lesson. If it is not run by U-Haul, do not use it.
