The person who rented me the vehicle was not friendly and I did not feel comfortable asking them many questions as they seem annoyed with me. The person I returned the vehicle to was much more friendly and made me feel confident that I had completed all the necessary paperwork. The vehicle itself worked just fine.

Online rates were less than actual, too confusing. The gas calculator conveniently errored in your favor requiring me to pay $5+ / gal to make up the difference. reporting to the NCAG as a precation.

Colt, the staff person said he would send me an email confirming the drop off within 15 to 20 minutes and I did not receive a confirm email until the next day after making a couple of calls back to Uhaul; two different representatives had to send over an email asking someone to send me a confirmation email. Once I finally received the email the next day, Sunday, it had the wrong return date. I returned the Uhaul on Sat, August 11, 2018 around 5pm. The receipt states, I returned it Sun, August 12, 2018 at 9:39am. This is bad business. Colt reassured me that he would follow-up within 15 to 20 minutes and never did. Is this the service he has been providing your customers for 6 years. Wow!!!

When I pulled up, the sign said to wait for someone to come to the car... after about 4 minutes, I called the location to make sure someone was coming. As I was on the phone, uhaul staff approached. The return process was easy and simple.

The specific truck I had was rather old and a very rough ride. However employees were awesome. Customer service was awesome. I was told when I rented it would be 39 a day but it ended being 49 a day at check out.

I rented a trailer and dolly from this location. I returned the trailer and dolly on the same day within a few minutes of 5pm on a Sunday (the time in which I said I would return the trailer), the front door was locked and the attendants ignored me. I asked where they wanted the trailer and they pointed to a spot in the equipment return area. I drove the trailer to the spot, and got out of my car and both attendants drove off. I managed to get the trailer off my car by myself and didn’t think much of it. I’ve used UHual before. Then I noticed my credit card was charged 3x the amount stated on the contract. I called the number on the contract to get an explanation. I was told I was charged for 3 days which was not correct. I had the trailer for 6 hours. Then I was told if I had an issue with that, I had to call Customer Service to get the complaint to management. I was on hold with Customer Service for 20 minutes and finally decided to hang up and submit this review. Hoping someone will resolve this and I am certainly expecting a refund of the 2 additional days I was charged in which I did not have the equipment. Thanks.

Insurance on the tow dolly was added onto my contract without my being asked. The staff person pointed out that removing the insurance would have required rewriting the whole contract and I was short on time so I kept it. Making sure this type of thing doesn't happen again would be great.

I elected to check-in online when making my reservation. I went through the process online but it was stuck on the ID verification for 30 minutes. The customer service representatives at the location were very helpful in checking me in and apologized many times on behalf of the online issue. I will be doing business with uhaul again but I will elect to check in with the counter rather than online from now on.
