There was a new employee who seemed overwhelmed and didn't receive much help from her manager. We waited in the empty store for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and help us. Then, It took us over 40 minutes to get our truck - and we were the first ones in line.

This truck was far too old and had some serious safety issues. It should not have been on the road. I will be in contact with UHAUL regarding some further complaints.

My pickup location was changed right before my reservation. (No. I was not notified. If I hadn't checked the night before, I would not have know the location got changed. Even the woman at the Uhail location said my reservation was not on her list the night before.) It was also pushed back by 30 min, but not extended by the same amount. When I got to the store, I still had to wait inside for over 20 min to pick up the key to the truck.

More employees - every time I go there is only one worker and multiple customers waiting in line. However, all the individual employees work hard, quickly, and are always nice. The other thing is that they are out of stock on many items over the two weeks that I visited multiple times, like art boxes and mattress covers.

I have a lot of respect for the work ethic of the manager, however, upon arriving to the location nobody was in the office whatsoever. While the manager was helping other customers with their reservations outside, we waited inside for an hour before we were attended to. I would suggest to improve upon this in the future that the manager should hire additional employees, or that employees be allowed to check out U-Haul reservations.

I gave this location a bad review because they overcharged me for my truck rental and when I notified someone about this they said they were making a note and that someone would call me back that day to sort things out. That was four days ago and I still haven't heard from anyone.

Was not given a call to confirm as was stated that I would. When I called to confirm I reached a woman from a national call center , I guess. She said my truck would not be where I booked it, but at a location 30 minutes away. She finally transferred me to Reservations and that person said that woman was wrong that my reservation was indeed where I originally had booked it.


How about doing a special that after you rent 4 times you get a free rental?

Using mobile device to pick up vehicle was a nightmare. Nothing was clear. Had to keep calling customer service at 6am on a Sunday. More clear instructions need to be provided


Good experience, a few buts: - Key of truck seemed glitchy. Turning it 180 helped. - Phone attendent offered me a mileage rate, at desk they gave me another, finally desk clerk graciously agreed to the previous rate, but a note should have been made of it. - I forgot the dolly and it was not charges, which is cool - I made it a point to fill up the tank to 3/4 when I had received it at 2/3, and I was still discounted $7 for 2 gallons of gas. Not cool. Otherwise, great equipment for the job. I appreciate you guys being there.
