Aundrell and his staff are very nice and helpful. We had a storage unit as well as a parking space. We realized last minute that we needed to disconnect the battery on the car and Aundrell immediately helped us. They also gave us good information about the area. We would definitely recommend this U-Haul location.

When I had to use a code or card, I had to ask for assistance from staff because the code or card would not work any time I tried to use them . Most of the time the sliding door was opening when I approached, so it worked out ok. Staff were always great 👍🏻 I am not sure what the issue was with the code/card access.
