We were charged over $1000 because we wanted to leave the U-Haul and not take it back with us. Never again! we were not told there would be a fee if we dropped it off,

Sharon NThere was no one there even though it was still business hours. Took about 20 minutes to get through on the 800 number to complete the turn in.
Larry TThis location was much closer than the original drop off location that I booked. I was pleased that U-Haul allowed me this convenience. No personnel was on location. The sign said open, but the door was locked.
