Would have liked an earlier time for pickup than 10 and previous user was also late returning my truck. Had to switch from the original truck booked due to brake problems Staff at the store were very nice and easy to work with despite the small hassles

BRIAN SThe location.was very convenient..However, the dolly bracket was missing a nut and bolt to secure it properly. Secondly, I returned the U-haul with over 1/2 tank of gas and used a significant amount less of mileage, but never received a refund for the mileage. The customer service was good.
